The Gates at Hilton is a secure estate and a tranquil haven on the edge of Hilton. It has 81 homes on 43 hectares of open land, along the western side of Hilton College and Gwens Stream.
We are proud to have two houses here, called Unit 5 and Unit 6. Each house has a loft with its own kitchen and balcony, and you can book a loft on its own. From the patios you look out over the uMngeni Valley toward Howick, and on a clear day the Drakensberg shows on the skyline.
The estate is gated and quiet, with the feel of the country. Hilton College is 1.4 km away by road, and the cafés on Hilton Avenue are about 7 km away, a drive of around 12 minutes.
