The place
Life at Garlington Estate
Garlington is a secure estate in Hilton, and our house is at 51 Garlick Avenue. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and two lounges, and one of the lounges has a fireplace for cold Midlands nights.
Beside the house is a loft that stands on its own. It has a small kitchen and its own bathroom, so a couple can book it alone, or a family can take it with the house for more room.
Garlingtons Bistro is inside the estate, about a kilometre from the front door, and guests often stroll there for supper. Life Hilton Private Hospital is 2.1 km away by road.
More and more of our Hilton guests were staying for weeks at a time, so Wendy went looking for another house. It had to be close to our other homes and have plenty of space, in an estate with good security. Garlington had all of that, with shops and a hospital nearby as well.
